d.i.i. Deutsche Invest Immobilien GmbH was formed in 2006 for the purpose of investing in Germany's residential property market, taking a value-add approach. In the years since, the owner-operated company has become the leading specialist for residential real estate in Germany whose range of deliverables covers the entire value chain: From the property acquisition to the financing arrangements to asset development and management, and all the way to the eventual property sale, d.i.i. is your one-stop shop for any service needed to optimise the performance of your residential property. The company sees itself as an effective asset manager for tenants, buyers and investors.

Since 2017, d.i.i. Group has been expanding its portfolio and investing in new-build construction projects, in potential infill sites ready for construction and in vacant plots. Through pinpoint acquisitions of plots or sites with potential for infill development, d.i.i. has expanded its value chain. All processes involved in the property development are handled in-house, enabling d.i.i. to implement fast and affordable solutions. d.i.i. consistently passes on the resulting cost savings to its investors, buyers and tenants.

d.i.i. takes the legal form of a private limited company (German “GmbH”). Its registered office is in Wiesbaden, Germany, and it employs around 140 staff. In addition, the company operates a network with several estate agencies.
