Stores, restaurants, cinemas and beer gardens are readily available in Laim, too. Taken together, all of these components form an attractive and casual potpourri that invests this residential area with particular charm.

The district of Laim is optimally integrated into the public transport network. Laimer Platz with its underground and bus stops, for instance, is only 900 metres away. Agnes-Bernauer-Platz, a square frequented by several tram lines, is 750 metres away. A two-minute walk takes you to the “Strobelstrasse” bus stop, while the distance to the nearest motorway slip road (A96) is 2 kilometres.
