München, Stroblstraße 22-24
Sale of condominiums
The two multi-dwelling units in the Laim district of Munich offer a wide variety of residential formats. A total of 44 units of 1 to 3 bedrooms and of 29 to 86 sqm in size are available for sale here. To be exact: There are 21 studio flats, 19 two-bedroom and 4 three-bedroom flats.
The units are divided among the two buildings as follows: The four-storey front building facing the street consists of 30 flats of one to three bedrooms. The remaining 14 units are studio flats of around 30 sqm and located in the two-storey back building.
If you enjoy a balcony, you will be sure to like the flats in the two buildings on Strobelstrasse. All of the flats in the front building, except three, have their own balcony each. Virtually all of the units had double glazed vinyl-frame windows.
Good news for car owners: Ten surface outdoor parking spots are available in the space between the two buildings. The houses also have fully-built basements throughout, providing extra convenience for residents. In addition to standard basement storage lockers, there are a laundry room, a clothes-drying room and several craft rooms. An extra bicycle storage room keeps your bike conveniently out of the weather.
The gas-fired central heating system, which provides heat and hot water for the entire building complex, is installed in the basement of the front building.
