SOLID FOUNDATION THROUGH IN-HOUSE FINANCING.

The financing department of d.i.i. is responsible for the liquidity management of the d.i.i. Group. At the moment, our specialist team has nearly 100 residential assets and quarters all over Germany under management with a combined volume of several hundred million euros.

Reliable Action is the Basis of Our Success

In addition to new financing arrangements, we focus on the continuous optimisation of our existing real estate loans. We use interest hedge instruments such as interest rate swaps and interest rate caps to defuse possible interest rate risks. On top of that, we negotiate long-term fixed interest rates within the framework of our fund terms in order to ensure a maximum in security for our investors.

At the same time, we remain committed to earning a high rate of return: Our investments are marked by outperformance as a result of continuous yield optimisation measures. Not least, our demonstrable know-how in this field is reflected in the long-term loyalty of our investors.

Long-Term Partnerships Create Security

The distinguishing characteristic of the d.i.i. financing department is its swift and reliable interaction with all stakeholders – both inside and outside the company. This has been rewarded with trust-based, long-term collaborations with our banking and insurance partners, as well as with our private and institutional investors.

Since d.i.i. is not a listed public company, we are under no pressure to turn tidy profits quarter after quarter. It permits us to take a long-term approach in thought and action – which explains our commitment to residential real estate investments.
